Vacation Rental Cleaning Package
It is our pleasure to assist Private Owners who will be self managing. We understand most of you
will not be local so we gladly offer our availability to assist however
we can. We are able to assist with things such as setting door codes
for guests, changing light bulbs, batteries, air filters, taking drain-o to tubs, or advising of need for repairmen, taking
inventory of items such as remotes, games, systems and controllers, at
no additional cost. We can also assist owners with replacing any towels
and bedding that need to be replaced due to wear and tear or guest
damage.
If
you'd like us to be there outside of the clean when you have a service company there, our fee
is $15.00 per hour.
As always, the details can be
altered to fit each properties specific needs.
- Vacuum, Dust, & Mop, Check and clean under all beds and in all drawers.
- Wipe down all window sills.
- Load & run dishwasher, Put dishes away after running dishwasher
- Change linens and make beds
- Gather laundry, wash, dry, fold & put away all linens and towels. (If the owner does not wish for us to use the washer / dryer unit in the house, there will be an additional fee for taking the laundry with us and washing / drying it and returning it. Fee is $5.00 per bedroom with a $20.00 minimum. This is separate from the base fee of the clean.)
- Straighten all rooms
- Clean
the kitchen , wipe down cabinets, and clean the bathrooms, add fresh
soap, fresh toilet tissue and sterilization strips to the toilets.
- Gather all household trash and replace all household trash bags.
- Wipe clean the microwave, stove & refrigerator / freezer
- Each cleaning for each property can be altered to fit your specific needs.
Warning::: Guest may
not enter the home while the cleaners are on the premises cleaning.
They may not leave personal items such as luggage, food or supplies and
return later. The guests and their items will not be allowed inside the
house, nor the garage, until the cleaners have left the home. This is for the safety of
the guests, their items and our cleaners.
Vacation Rental Cleaning Rates
Please contact us for the base prices. Prices are determined by the number of bedrooms in the home.
Additional
fees may be added due to the size of the house or additional requests.
For larger homes we advise a walk through to confirm actual prices.
The cost is the same for a clean when a guest uses every room or only uses one room. We do not adjust the charge based on usage from the guests. There may be an excessive cleaning fee added to homes where the guest trash the house.
Vacation Rental - Fluff Cleans / Mid-stay Cleans
Fluff cleans are when there is so much time in between
bookings and you need a cleaning to re-freshen the house. As long and nothing has been used, the cost is 1/2 price of a normal clean.
A mid way or mid stay clean is when you have guests who are staying for extended periods of
time and you want to have an additional clean down 1/2 way through their stay. We
do all the things we would normally do for a clean, but we DO NOT move
personal items. If we do not touch the personal items the guest can not
say it was broken or lost. We will clean around the guests items.
Since it is also still a detailed clean, we ask the guest please leave
for the time we are there to clean.
The cost is the same as a full clean.
Real Estate Cleans
We
provide basic cleans for real estate companies who need their listings
to stay presentable for potential clients. We vacuum, mop, dust, and
make sure everything is maintained in an orderly fashion to show your
clients.
Please call for estimates on this type of clean as it is not the same price as the other cleans.
Prices are subject to the size of the location, the detail of the request and the frequency of cleans.
Additional Services
Additional
Services are provided at the request of the owner or property manager
for an additional fee. If you are in need of a special service and it
is not listed, please call so we can discuss the details and offer an
estimate.
Cigarette Smoke smell removal treatment: $15.00
There are the rare occasions where a renter will go against the rules or contract and smoke in the rental
leaving the site with a residual smoke smell. This can cause problems
for the owners, as well as the next guest checking in. We
use a special chemical designed to neutralize the cigarette smoke
smell. It can be sprayed directly onto linens and beds as well as used
to wipe down walls to remove the smell.
Holiday Fees:
There will be an additional $50.00 holiday fee for cleans that must be cleaned on the following holidays:
- 4th July
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
